Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

This is an all time favorite recipe for me and my husband. If you are trying to eat healthy, you can still make this recipe! I will give you a note at the bottom of the page to tell you how you can stay healthy.
Serves 4
Ready In-30 Minutes
Ingredients:

4 Chicken Strips
Broccoli (I just use a frozen bag)
Fettuccine Noodles ( You can buy wheat if you are trying to eat healthy)
Bertolli Alfredo Sauce (I buy it already prepared, but you can home make it)
Chicken Seasoning
Olive Oil
Directions:
Fill a pot half way with water and bring to a boil. Add the Fettuccine Noodles. Get a skillet and add about tbsp of olive oil. Cook the chicken strips and season with chicken seasoning to taste on medium heat. Put the broccoli in a bowl and microwave according to the bag. It is usually 7 minutes. When the chicken is done, remove from the skillet. Change the skillet to a low heat and add the alfredo sauce. Cut up the chicken into cubes and add to adfredo sauce. Also add the broccoli to alfredo sauce. Drain the noodles when they are done cooking. Then serve! It goes great with a cesaer salad and some bread.

Healthy Tips:

Stay away from the Alfredo Sauce. Sorry but there is nothing healthy about Alfredo Sauce. Set aside your chicken and broccoli before its added to the alfredo sauce. Cook w/ whole weat pasta. Enjoy with a side salad.
