Grilled Pork Chops

Perfection! I love eating pork. We made these last night. When we grill the pork chops we use our stove top. Remember the thicker you buy them, the juicier they will be.

Ingredients:

Olive Oil
McCormick steak seasoning
Pork Chops

Directions:

Place the olive oil into a frying pan on medium heat. If you turn the heat too high, you can burn the pork chops. The thicker they are, the longer they will take to cook through. Put the McCormick steak seasoning on the side facing up. Once they have started cooking, flip them over and add more seasoning to the other side. Grill until they are finished. I always cut one of them in the middle just to make sure they are cooked through. I love making pork chops because they can cook in 15-20 mins. Sometimes we will throw on rice and beans to go along with it. This time we had them with garden salads. You can view the ingredients below.
