Garden Salad

With the pork chops we made garden salads. I love salads and eat them almost every day. Some people get tired of them, but I could live off of them. I chop up the lettuce then add cucumbers, cherry tomatoes from the vine, shred the carrots in my food processor and then add organic croutons. Top it off with a little lite ranch. Remember to only add a little bit of dressing if you are eating healthy.
