This is a dessert recipe I will give to you that I cooked over the holidays. It was a major hit! I made 2 and they were both gone over night. If you like cheesecake, I recommend trying it. The recipe may look overwhelming, but I promise its easy.
Ingredients:
3 packages of cream cheese 8oz. softened
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup nestle semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp caramel syrup
1/2 chopped pecans
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate pie shell (I just buy the pie shell already made, but you can crunch oreos into a pie dish as well)
Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300
Filling:Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, lime juice and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
Microwave 1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Stir 2 cups of cheesecake batter into melted morsels. Mix well.
Alternately spoon batters into crust beginning and ending with yellow batter.
Bake 70-75 mins
Let coolThen add caramel and chocolate syrup. Add nuts and chocolate chips. ( I always use my food processor to chop the chocolate chips and make them smaller, or you can just buy the smaller chocolate chips in the bag).
Refrigerate overnight. You won't be dissapointed!
