I love using my crock pot! It is one of my favorite ways to cook because its so easy and it makes the house smell so good. I love Pork and its so good in the crock pot because it just falls apart after its finished! This recipe is so easy and it takes about 4-5 hours to cook. The longer you let it cook the more it will fall apart. I try not to leave it in longer than 5 hours because you don't want it to get dry.
Ingredients:
Pork Roast
Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Pour in a 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of the crock pot. I cook it on slow. Place in your roast after you have rinsed it with water. Season w/ the black pepper. Will be ready to eat in 4-5 hours. Goes great w/ green beans. We also make pulled pork bbq sandwiches which I will post later. If you want to make it w/ gravey, just take some of the juice from the roast in the bottom of the crock pot. Put it in a skillet on the stove top. Place it on high heat and add about 1/8 cup of water and 3 tbps of flour. Mix well and turn off once it starts to boil.
