
2-4 chicken breasts
Zesty Italian salad dressing
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped (get rid of slimy seeds part)
1 c. grated cheese
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 1-2 hours in the fridge. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through and slightly browned on outside, about 6 minutes on each side. Sprinkle tomato and green pepper over top, then cheese. Cook about 1 minute more, until cheese melts.
